9 Bean BBQ Beans

Pork and beans

Black beans

Green lima beans

White lima beans

Dark kidney beans

Light kidney beans

Navy beans

Great northern beans

Garbonzo beans

10 oz. of diced bacon

1 lb. thinely sliced Kelley's Rope Sausage

2 cups diced fresh onion

1 chopped red bell pepper

1 chopped green bell pepper

1/2 cup of brown sugar

8 oz. Molasses

14 oz. ketchup

3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 qt. non-smokey BBQ sauce.

Rinse and Drain bean mixture in a colander, set aside. In a skillet, cook diced bacon, until 'tender crisp', then add rope sausage. Add onion, red and green bell pepper. Sauté until onions are clear.

In a bowl, mix brown sugar, Molasses, Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and non-smokey BBQ sauce. Transfer mixture into the skillet and cook until syrupy consistency.

Pour all of the ingredients in a large casserole dish and stir well. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. (30-45 minutes).

Yield 25 servings.

Recipe can be condensed for smaller portions.
