NEW YORK (CBS5) -

Travelers at JFK Airport in New York have found a new way to legally cut in line when security is backed up.

According to a story in the New York Times, they are requesting wheelchairs.

Airport policy allows anyone in a wheelchair to go to the front of the line.

Workers say some people even hop out of line and request a chair.

Many passengers keep on rolling until they get on the plane, since passengers in wheelchairs board first.
