Shooting victim dies at hospital, suspect in custody - WSFA.com: News Weather and Sports for Montgomery, AL.

Montgomery Police confirm a shooting victim has passed away.  The 24 year old victim was shot earlier this evening in the 1900 block of Marie James Court.  According to police, the victim's condition worsened at the hospital and he passed away from his wound. 

Police have a suspect in custody.  They tell us charges are pending.  Officers are not releasing the names of the victim and suspect. 

This is Montgomery's 25th homicide of 2012.
