COLLEGE HILL, OH (FOX19) -

City officials and Working in Neighborhoods unveiled a former blighted home in College Hill that underwent a renovation.

The home in the 1100 block of Cedar was facing foreclosure until it was renovated under the Working in Neighborhoods program.

This is the 7th house being renovated under the program, and it is part of a larger effort to continue the momentum of improving the College Hill neighborhood.

So far, all of the renovated homes have been foreclosed properties. Funding comes from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program. When concluded, 15 homes will have been renovated.
