MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
Do you have any questions about the Montgomery Public School System? We're about to give you the chance to have them answered.
WSFA 12 News is now hosting a special edition of our 11am community events show, Alabama Live!, and it is dedicated solely to the topic of Montgomery education.
We'll be joined live in studio by Montgomery Mayor Todd Strange, MPS School Superintendent Barbara Thompson and Montgomery County Commission Chairman Elton Dean.
They're going to be answering YOUR questions.
The number to call with your questions is 334-420-9732.
Alabama Live! is broadcast over-the-air and online here at WSFA.COM. A link to the live streaming event is available via the homepage at the start of the show each weekday.
Why are we devoting an entire show to discussion of the Montgomery Public School System? We want to preview the public forum that will take place later in the evening (6pm) at Carver High School.
We also want to give these three leaders time to share their thoughts on the system and engage the citizens they're supposed to serve. We're hoping for a candid discussion between viewers and our guests.
