DECATUR, AL (WSFA) -

A press release from Decatur Utilities this morning indicated that their crews were not "turned away" from the Sandy recovery effort.

They "...became aware that Seaside Heights had received the assistance they needed from other sources."

They maintain, however, that agreeing to IBEW union affiliation would have been a requirement before they could have worked at Seaside Heights.
