MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -
The Montgomery Police Department has successfully located the two reported missing persons, Shane Howard, and Vickie Simon.
Howard is fine and has been reunited with his mother in Montgomery. Simon stated that she was unaware that she was unreachable by Shane's mother and family members.
Charges will not be filed against Simon in connection to Shane Howard missing status as he was always in her presence and he was never in any danger.
The Montgomery Police Department appreciates all the assistance our local media provided to this incident that led to the safe return of Shane Howard.
