GALLATIN, TN (WAFF) -
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an amber alert for a two-month-old baby boy.
Eric Goolsby was recovered Wednesday morning.
He went missing from his Gallatin, Tennessee home. Family members said Eric Owens, the baby's alleged father, and another man came to the home of the baby's grandmother Tuesday night and abducted him. The grandmother had temporary custody of Eric.
When Owens learned he was wanted, he turned the child over to TBI.
Owens is in custody on aggravated kidnapping and custodial interference charges.
The baby's mother, Chasity Goolsby, is still wanted.
