PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A Phoenix man was booked into jail Tuesday on suspicion of sexual conduct with a 13-year-old girl, court documents stated.
Jose Soto, 22, also faces three counts of kidnapping and one count of sexual abuse.
Police said the alleged incidents occurred in June and July.
The girl disclosed the abuse on Oct.10, according to court paperwork. The victim said Soto held her down and covered her mouth so she could not scream for help, according to the probable cause statement.
Soto was taken into custody at his home.
