Desires by Mikolay is thrilled to bring the Chappaqua community together to kick off this year’s winter celebrations for the first annual Holiday Stroll on December 1st.

Desires by Mikolay is eagerly awaiting Chappaqua’s first ever Holiday Stroll, scheduled for Saturday, December 1st. The event, sponsored by Desires and the Chappaqua-Millwood Chamber of Commerce, will combine tradition with some very exciting new activities. It will be a fun, family-friendly way to bring the community together, get some gift shopping done early, and celebrate the start of the Holiday Season.

In conjunction with the Chappaqua Orchestra’s holiday sing-a-long and the New Castle Historic Society’s Christmas tree lighting, the brand new elements will make this a truly beautiful town wide celebration. Desires by Mikolay will be starting the evening off with an ice sculpture show outside the store at 2:30pm. Award-winning Ice Sculpture Designs (http://www.icesculpturedesigns.com) will be sure to induce some oohs and ahhs at a stunning show you won’t want to miss.

After the ice sculpture demonstration, the Chappaqua Orchestra will lead its sing-a-long at Bell School at 3:30. Following the tree lighting at 4:30, stroll downtown for candlelit late night shopping filled with tasty holiday refreshments and winter spirit.
