TYLER, TX (KLTV) -

A collision between two ATVs has one person in the hospital and has led to an investigation. 

This happened on Walton Road in Tyler around 5 p.m. on Thursday. Tyler Police said the two drivers were riding down a residential street when they collided.

Police said one of the drivers was taken by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the other ATV was not injured.

Tyler Police confirm no citations were given, however they did discover that one of the ATVs was reported as stolen. This is now under investigation.
