MESA, AZ (CBS5) -
Authorities have arrested a man they say shot another man in Mesa on Wednesday.
Police said the incident began when Bryan Berg drove up to the house on 97th Avenue and started a fight with 20-year-old Lucas Orf.
Orf fired one shot into the ground and another striking Berg in the leg.
The house was occupied by six to seven people, MCSO spokesman Brandon Jones said. Police said the home is a known drug house, but they have not yet determined if the fight was over drugs.
The gunman fled, along with everyone else in house, Jones said.
The victim was taken to a Phoenix hospital and is expected to be OK.
Orf was arrested on several outstanding warrants. He was on probation and not allowed to carry a gun. Police said detectives are still investigating and Orf will likely face additional charges.
