MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

Montgomery Police have released a surveillance photo of the person suspected of shooting six people early Monday morning at the Rose Supper Club.

The suspect is described as a black male, 5'11" tall, and approximately 270 pounds.  He is considered armed and dangerous.

According to police, the shooting took place at around 1:15 a.m.  Officers have determined that six people sustained single gunshot wounds.   One victim is in serious condition, but none of the injuries are considered life-threatening.

Witnesses at the scene tell WSFA 12 News that they heard gunshots and that several people were shot.  They say the scene was chaotic with people running and trying to leave the club.

Several cars parked outside the club sustained significant damage as other drivers crashed into them as they fled from the club.
