Sixteen-year-old Brandon Evans was caught Nov. 21 in Madison County after being on the run for three days.
According to the Department of Youth Services, Evans is being charged as an adult. Those charges include first degree escape, first degree conspiracy to escape, first degree assault and first degree theft of property. His bond is $252,000.
Authorities say Evans, along with two other juveniles, escaped after an altercation at Mt. Meigs in which one worker lost a finger.
