Tempe, AZ (PRWEB) December 07, 2012
Today the Expungement Clearinghouse is proud to announce Data Diver Technologies as its fifth member. The Expungement Clearinghouse expedites the updating of information provided to many commercial background screening providers in the U.S. by securely sharing data about expunged criminal records with participating member companies. The Clearinghouse provides a faster and more coordinated approach for consumers, their attorneys, courts and other sources to efficiently disseminate information about criminal records that have been cleared or updated by the courts to the commercial background screening industry.
“The service of the Expungement Clearinghouse allows us to strengthen our commitment to providing the most current and complete criminal data in the industry and ensure we stay at the forefront of developments in our industry,” said Terry Neal, President of Data Diver Technologies.
After receiving widespread promotion during the 2012 annual conference for the National Association of Professional Background Screeners, the clearinghouse now counts five industry-leading criminal history database operators as its members. The Expungement Clearinghouse has also partnered with The Foundation for Continuing Justice, which acts as a single point of contact and offers a free service to those who have had their criminal record sealed, expunged, or otherwise made non-public by the court to have this information verified and subsequently shared with the Expungement Clearing House.
“With the growth in our members and partners it is expected that more and more consumers and attorneys will become aware of and use the option to send their expungements to a single centralized source and make it easier for people to take proactive steps to get the full benefit of having their record cleared.” continued Craig Kessler, spokesperson for the Expungement Clearinghouse.
