CASS COUNTY, MO (KCTV) -
A 22-year-old Peculiar, MO, woman was killed in a Saturday morning crash.
About 7:15 a.m., Cass County deputies responded to Peculiar Drive near 195th Street for a single-car motor vehicle accident.
Investigators with the Cass County Crash Reconstruction Team believe that the 2006 Honda Accord was northbound on Peculiar Drive approaching the east junction of 195th Street when it began to skid out of control, ran off the right side of the roadway, and overturned several times. The driver was not wearing a seat belt and was partially ejected.
The driver, identified as Karissa D. Price was pronounced dead at the scene.
The crash is still under investigation.
