HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Moody's
downgraded Alabama A&M's credit rating for the second time in two years.
The
credit rating agency said one main reason for the downgrade is the school's
foundation which they said has not been in compliance with its own bylaws.
The
downgrade means it will be harder for the school to borrow money and improve
its facilities.
