CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are looking for the suspect involved in an attempted robbery downtown on Thursday.

Authorities say a black male approached a customer at an ATM outside of the Bank of Kentucky, located at 4th and Walnut Street, and reportedly attempted to rob the customer at gunpoint.

It happened around 4:20 p.m.

The customer then went inside the nearby bank and called police.

He is described as a black male in his early twenties, with some facial hair. He was wearing a black jacket over a green shirt, blue jeans, brown boots and a black hat.

Police are currently in the area looking for the suspect.
