A Phoenix man has been arrested after a dealership found child porn on a cell phone in a vehicle that he had traded in.
Jeremy Ryan Bringham, 30, was arrested on Thursday in Phoenix on seven counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
A Midway Chevrolet employee told police the phone opened to a video of what the employee believed to be a girl, age 5 to 10, in a sex act with a man.
Police filed a search warrant and interviewed Bringham who said the phone was his and that he lost it in October of 2011.
Bringham also admitted to taking the images from a website of girls ages 10 to 15.
According to the police report, Bringham said he has been attracted to young girls since he was 15 years old.
