PHOENIX (CBS5) -

A Phoenix man has been arrested for allegedly shooting and killing another man during a gun fight over drugs.

According to the police report, Aristeo Lopez, along with two other people, went to N. 43rd Avenue on Dec. 20 to sell four people 150 pounds of marijuana.

While inside the home, David Banuelos got out counterfeit money to buy the drugs, pulled out a handgun and tried to rob Lopez of his wallet and marijuana, the report said.

Banuelos, Lopez as well as suspect Ramiro Ortega were shot.

Banuelos died from his injuries.

Lopez was arrested on one count of first-degree murder and one count of marijuana possession.

Police are still looking for Ortega and Julio Gonzalez Valenzuela.

Police said a second victim was dropped off at the hospital by Valenzuela in a 2003 Dodge truck with the Arizona plate 51FB40, before he fled.
