MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) -

After sharing five commemorative BCS National Championship banners to WSFA 12 News Facebook fans just after the championship game ended Monday night, the Alabama Department of Tourism took notice.

Tourism Director Lee Sentell said his office was in the process of coming up with an idea for a poster that could be given away at rest centers across the state. Then someone asked if he'd seen WSFA 12 News' special banners.

"When I saw it, I said "That's it! You can't improve on that,"" Sentell explained of one banner that featured a large, faux Alabama license plate reading "4INAROW". The design was in honor of the state's championship streak for which a logo of the Alabama Crimson Tide and Auburn Tigers appear in each of the corners to represent their championship year.

Sentell appeared on WSFA 12 News' community events program, Alabama Live! Wednesday after requesting permission to reprint the concept. Station officials approved the request.

The tourism department is in the process of printing 5,000 large copies of the tag for those who want one. The posters will be free while supplies last and will be available starting Friday at local tourism organizations, including rest stops, around the state, Sentell said.

The tourism department says the license plate poster goes well with a campaign that's currently under way called "100 Alabama Roadtrips". The first roadtrip is the BCS Crystal Trophy tour. A map will be printed on the back of the poster showing people how to find the state's four trophies in Tuscaloosa and Auburn.

If you want one of the banners for your Facebook page, just right-click on the photo below that you want, and save it to your computer. You can then "browse" it into your Facebook page!

Note: The photos appear small on this page, but will save in full size.

#1 - The first banner is about state pride, recognizing Alabama as the home of the last four national championships.

#2 - The second banner is another version of the first, with a larger version of the license plate "4INAROW" for the state's continued home to the BCS Champions.

#3 - The third banner also notes Alabama continued home to the BCS Champions but by featuring the BCS Championship crystal trophy.

#4 - This banner is in commemoration of the Crimson Tide and its achievements in the field of football championships. It lists the years of all 15 championships the University of Alabama acknowledges.

#5 - This banner is all about SEC domination. Even if you're not an Auburn or an Alabama fan, you have to admit winning the last seven championships means the league is dominating the competition.
