PHOENIX (CBS5) -
A Phoenix man is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries after he was pinned to a tree while trimming branches, authorities said.
Phoenix fire officials said the man was struck by a large branch and pinned to a tree near 36th Avenue and Bethany about 3:30 p.m. Friday. Officials said he got himself off from the tree but collapsed on a nearby rooftop where firefighters found him.
No other details were immediately released.
