TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -

An accident that claimed the life of a University of Alabama student remains under investigation.

The accident happened Tuesday night in Montgomery as a group of students headed home from the BCS Championship game.

20-year-old Natalie Baine was a passenger in a truck that was in the crash involving another vehicle and a bus carrying the UA cheerleaders. On Saturday, she died from injuries sustained in the crash. No one else was seriously hurt.

Baine was a junior at the University of Alabama and was originally from Roswell, Georgia. She was a member of the Alpha Chi Omega sorority. The university has sent counselors to the sorority's house to offer support to those students. Funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
