COLUMBIA, SC (WIS) -
South Carolina Gamecock wide receiver Ace Sanders may have changed his mind on whether or not to declare for the 2013 NFL Draft.
Just a week after declaring to stay with the Gamecocks on his Instagram account, the speedy receiver hopped on his twitter account Tuesday to say "welcome to the real world... Time to make it happen!"
He later went on to describe the day being "full of emotion" for him.
"Thank you everyone apart of #GamecockNation," said Sanders. "I appreciate everything you did for me."
Meanwhile The Big Spur is reporting Sanders was not at team workouts today, and he told many of his teammates via text message that he was declaring for the draft.
However, Sanders has not outright crystally declared he was leaving the team. The Big Spur has also made phone calls to the receiver's mother and even she said she had not heard if her son was leaving the team.
Meanwhile, the athletics department has not released a statement on Sanders and his decision.
Stay tuned.
