In the federal lawsuit filed this week, Justin White claims he wasn't
doing anything wrong when the SUV carrying the mayor and his security
team began tailing White's vehicle.
White says he crashed on I-20/59 downtown because he was startled
when the SUV behind him turned on its flashing lights. He also claims
the police officers on the mayor's detail shot into his car for no
reason.
Bell's office today told FOX6 News it doesn't comment on pending litigation.
