PRATTVILLE, AL (WSFA) -
The Prattville Police and Fire Departments as well as the Alabama Department of Transportation are on the scene of an overturned 18-wheeler at this hour.
ALDOT officials are dumping sand on the roadway to soak up leaking diesel fuel, but authorities said it was not a situation that required the EPA to come in or clear the scene.
The commercial truck overturned at Highway 82 and Cobbs Ford Road.
One lane of Hwy. 82 is open and traffic is being diverted around the site.
No injuries are reported, according to the Prattville mayor's office.
