ALBANY, GA (WALB) -

The ASU men's basketball team hopes that Monday's performance is a sign of things to come. The Rams beat Paine 69-64 at the HPER Gym.  The Rams have now won 2 of its last 3 games and improves to 2-5 in the SIAC and 3-10 overall.  ASU will host Claflin on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Lady Rams' comeback fell short as ASU dropped its 4th conference game of the season 72-62.  April Thomas had a team high 17 points. Kedeemya Cooper added another double double with 11 points and 12 rebounds.  The Lady Rams will play at Shorter on Thursday.
