MESA, AZ (CBS5) -
A man used a kitchen knife to rob a cell phone store, located at 50 N. Stapley Dr. in Mesa on Monday night.
The male suspect told a female store clerk that he wanted all the money out of the register while holding her wrist and putting the kitchen knife to her chest, according to the Mesa police department.
Mesa police said that he was last seen running out of the business. Officers set up a perimeter to try to contain the suspect while they conducted a search, however they were unable to find him.
