CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A man was taken into custody in connection with a spree of recent robberies in the area.
Police arrested Larry Stone of North Fairmount on Wednesday for a Shell gas station robbery. It happened on Tuesday, located at 30 E. Liberty Street.
During Stone's arrest, investigators were able to piece together similarities between this incident and several other recent robberies in the area, including a robbery of Thorton's gas station in Mt. Airy on Jan. 18th, a Family Dollar in Camp Washington on Jan. 22nd, and a Sunoco last Thursday.
Stone was charged with one county of aggravated robbery, related to the Shell station.
Authorities say the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information about any of the offenses is asked to call the District Five Investigative Unit at (513) 569-8500.
