CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -

The Cleveland fire department is investigating what caused a house to go up in flames Thursday morning.

Firefighters were called to the 3100 block of West 50th Street  just after midnight, and crews were able to control it within half an hour.

The home is occupied, but the residents weren't there at the time of the fire.
