MID-MICHIGAN (WNEM) -
Consumer's Energy is reporting scattered power outages throughout Mid-Michigan because of the windy weather.
Around 300 customers are offline in Shiawassee County. Most of those affected are in Hazelton Township near the Misteguay Creek.
About 60 customers are without power in Genesee County. Less than 20 customers are affected on McKinley Road near Montrose. Another pocket of less than 20 outages are being reported on South Seymour Road near Flushing.
Consumer's Energy is working to fix the problem, and power restoration is expected around noon.
DTE Energy officials are reporting small pockets of outages in the Thumb. 1059 customers are offline in Huron County near Harbor Beach and Sand Beach Township.
Outages are being reported in the Mayville area in Tuscola County with close to 300 customers affected.
Around 150 customers are offline near the Lapeer-St. Claire County border. The area is close just southwest of Brown City.
