FLINT, MI (WNEM) -
Local General Motors workers could be walking off the job.
Members of UAW local 651 in Flint are expected to hold a strike authorization vote Thursday.
Local 651 represents workers at the Flint East and the Davison Road Processing Center in Burton.
The union has gone nearly two years without a local contract, and they claim it's keeping new work from coming to the plant.
The unit held strike information meetings Wednesday. Local 651 makes part for Delphi Automotive.
