MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery Police say they have arrested a second person in connection with the robbery that turned fatal on Park Towne Way on Jan. 18.

MPD detectives arrested and charged 18-year-old Ayrquan Jarrett with one count of capital murder, one count of first degree robbery and one count of attempted murder after taking him into custody on Jan. 31.

Authorities previously arrested 18-year-old Kenyaree Fuller and charged him with one count of capital murder after taking him into custody on Jan. 26.

Both men are charged in the shooting death of 29-year-old Douglas Gray on Park Towne Way back on Jan. 18.

Detectives determined that Fuller and Jarrett set up a meeting with Gray intending to rob him. During the course of the robbery, Gray was fatally shot.

Gray's death was labeled as Montgomery's 6th homicide of 2013.

Both Fuller and Jarrett are being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility without bond.
