Man accused of filming child porn of infant, girl pleads not guilty

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A man charged in connection with making child pornography, involving an 11-month-old and 9-year-old girl, plead not guilty on Monday in federal court.

James Napier, 38, was indicted by a federal grand jury last Wednesday after he allegedly molested an infant and made a video of the act, before putting it on the Internet. Court records indicate it happened in November of 2009.

In addition, he was also charged with sexually exploiting a 9-year-old girl and filming a video of the act, as recently as November of 2012.

Napier was charged with 20 counts of producing child pornography, with each count relating to the transportation, distribution and receipt of the material.

He was arrested by FBI agents on January 18, after a complaint was filed at an FBI office in Phoenix alleging that Napier was advertising the sale of child pornography on a website.

Napier's last known address is listed in West Price Hill.

On Friday morning, his bond was set at $1.5 million. A trial date has not been set.
