HYDE PARK, OH (FOX19) -

Charges have been dismissed against a man who was accused of exposing himself to female joggers in the Hyde Park area.

Darnell Dukes, 35, of Avondale, was scheduled to face trial on Monday morning for six counts of public indecency.

Instead, all of the charges were dismissed.

According to a motion to dismissed filed by Dukes' attorneys, all of the charges were filed under one case number, and the maximum amount of jail time he could have received was 30 days.

Dukes has already served 30 days in jail after failing to post bond.

According to a police report, the offenses happened between August and October of 2011 throughout Hyde Park, including Observatory, Shaw, Erie, Zumstein and Linwood Avenue.

Since 2011, police have received multiple reports of a man targeting female joggers in the Hyde Park Square area. In 2012, reports were made of a similar situation. Police released a sketch of the 2012 suspect, but have not connected the two cases at this time.
