BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -

Accused killer Michael Louding, also known as "Marlo Mike," was back in court Wednesday morning.

Prosecutor Dana Cummings said the judge ordered the trial date of May 6 to stay intact.

Louding is charged with first-degree murder in the death of Baton Rouge rapper Chris "Nussie" Jackson, who was shot and killed in February 2009.

Prosecutors added Louding confessed on a police tape that he committed the murder for rapper Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torence Hatch.
