BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) -
Accused
killer Michael Louding, also known as "Marlo Mike," was back in court
Wednesday morning.
Prosecutor
Dana Cummings said the judge ordered the trial date of May 6 to stay intact.
Louding is
charged with first-degree murder in the death of Baton Rouge rapper Chris
"Nussie" Jackson, who was shot and killed in February 2009.
Prosecutors
added Louding confessed on a police tape that he committed the murder for rapper
Lil Boosie, whose real name is Torence Hatch.
