PALMER, MA (WSHM) -
A South Hadley-based construction company has been selected to build a new $7.4 million police headquarters in Palmer. Marois Construction has been awarded the project by the town.
In June, voters approved the new police station's construction. It will be located behind the current facility on Main Street.
The new police headquarters is expected to open in May 2014.
