MIAMI TOWNSHIP, CLERMONT COUNTY, OH (FOX19) -
The Miami Township Police Department has arrested a Miami Township man with six previous OVI offenses for driving drunk again.
Scott Barrick, 39, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. Monday morning and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle While Impaired (OVI). Because of his prior convictions, the arrest is considered a felony charge.
Barrick has been convicted on six prior occasions for OVI. The most recent conviction was in 2009, and before that he was convicted of OVI in 2006, 1999, 1997, 1995 and 1991.
Barrick was arrested on Monassus Run Drive in Miami Township.
