An internal review is being conducted on the Kiley Middle school drowning.
Superintendent of Schools, Daniel J. Warwick announced Monday that he will bring in Judge William H. Abrashkin to review swimming pool use in city.
Until the review is complete, all swimming classes throughout the city have been suspended.
At this point, Warwick says no discplinary measures have been taken against any teachers because it does not appear there was any wrong-doing.
