MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) -
A Cincinnati State security officer and former corrections officer is currently facing assault charges after a fight outside of a bar.
Authorities say Terry Slack was arrested on February 16th after he reportedly stabbed a man during a fight outside of a bar in Fairfield.
Slack previously worked for the Butler County Sheriff's Office as a corrections officer in the jail in 2005 and then served as a full time deputy on road patrols in 2008.
Officials revealed he was laid off in early 2010 before getting hired on with the Hamilton Police Department's Court Division, and then finally moving to work as a security officer at Cincinnati State's Middletown campus.
He is now on administrative leave with Cincinnati State.
Slack was charged with felonious assault and is currently out on bond.
