MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - The Montgomery Police Department has named a suspect wanted in connection with the February 9 homicide at the Economy Inn on the West South Boulevard.
Authorities are searching for 27-year-old Brandon Britt in connection with the shooting death of 38-year-old Robert Gatz.
Investigators
were called to the Economy Inn in the 900 block of the West South
Boulevard Saturday, February 9, where they found a victim who
sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Gatz was pronounced dead on the
scene.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Britt is
asked to call CrimeStoppers at 215-STOP, Secret Witness at 262-4000, or
the Montgomery Police Department at 625-2831.
Gatz's death was Montgomery's ninth homicide of 2013.
