The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal car crash in Warren County.
Police say Chad Criscillis, 37, was driving East on Mason Morrow Millgrove Road around 12:45 a.m. Saturday morning when his vehicle went off the right side of the road and hit a utility pole.
Criscillis was alone and not wearing a seat belt.
Excessive speed was a factor in the crash.
