RUSSELL COUNTY, AL (WTVM) -

More arrests have been made in connection with the double homicide in Russell County last week. 

Two more men are behind bars, bringing the total to four people accused of this crime.

News Leader 9's Brittany Dionne was at the press conference held Monday at the sheriff's department.

Two men were arrested last week, 17 year-old Rashawn Ricks and 23 year-old Frederick Bowen.

Sheriff Heath Taylor says the remaining suspects 20-year-old Derek Cliatt, and 19-year-old Dexter Saxton had a family member drive them to the sheriff's office this morning.

All four are being charged with the murder of 35-year-old Reginald Berry and 27-year-old Michelle Buchannon.

The couple was found shot multiple times inside a car on Shady Grove Road in Hurtsboro last Tuesday morning.

All four suspects are being charged with two of counts capital murder.
