CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
The Cincinnati Police Department's Financial Crimes Unit is investigating a theft offense where in the unidentified suspect made numerous ATM withdrawals and merchant purchases, causing the victim to suffer a substantial financial loss.
The suspect is described as a male black in his mid to late twenties through early thirties, and the incidents occurred between March 16, 2012 and June 22, 2012.
The ATM withdrawals were made in the Queen City area of downtown Cincinnati and the merchant purchases were made at various retail locations in the area of Western Hills and Price Hill.
On several occasions the suspect arrived at the ATM in a tan or gold Impala with a unidentified female black.
