    Dozens of people have died after a second day of tornadoes twisted through Oklahoma, this time taking aim at the town of Moore, south of Oklahoma City.
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

Cincinnati Police are investigating the use of a stolen credit card.

The offense occurred on Feb. 18. The credit card was taken from the victim after he fell asleep in his own residence.

The suspect used the stolen credit card in a Walgreen's in downtown Cincinnati later that same day.
