SPRINGFIELD, MA (WSHM) -
Springfield police have arrested a suspect for his alleged involvement in the ATM robbery that happened on March 3.
During the robbery, a 50-year-old Agawam resident was robbed at knifepoint, kidnapped, then driven by the suspect to an ATM machine where he was forced to withdraw money.
According to Lt. John Delaney of the Springfield police, Marc A. Savage, 27, of Springfield was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with kidnapping and armed robbery.
Savage will be arraigned Tuesday in Springfield District Court.
