CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO) -
Just before 1 p.m., all lanes on I-90 westbound opened to traffic at the Innerbelt Curve.
The Prospect Road exit ramp remains closed as crews move equipment used for the clean-up operations, but is expected to reopen soon.
Crews were forced to shut down the westbound lanes after a truck lost a large battery around 9 a.m. The battery opened upon hitting the roadway and battery acid spilled, requiring a HAZMAT cleanup.
