Phoenix police are investigating a reported bomb threat at an office building parking lot.
Police said a note inside an SUV near Osborn Road and Manor Drive suggested there is a bomb in the vehicle. The note read, "Mr. Hirsch, There is a bomb in the car."
Several blocks in central Phoenix near 12th Street and Osborn are blocked off while the hazmat team analyzes the vehicle.
A man by the name of Jack Hirsch is an attorney who has an office in the nearby building.
