CLARKSVILLE, TN (WSMV) -
A Clarksville man was arrested for making what police call unreasonable noise for months, according to the Leaf Chronicle.
Jason Eadens, 27, was arrested the day after police cited him for making noise and disturbing his neighbors at the Professional Park townhomes.
Clarksville police said Eadens was throwing a blunt object against the wall of his home so violently that it was causing pictures to fall off the wall next door.
The neighbor who reported the noise said she and her 13-year-old daughter couldn't get any sleep because of the noise.
Eadens is accused of throwing the object against the wall for 15 to 30 minutes about 10 times per day for around five months.
Eadens faces disorderly conduct charges. Bond was set at $500.
