CAMAS, WA (KPTV) -

Arsonists are burning down portable public bathrooms in Camas.

Camas police and firefighters have responded to multiple reports of suspicious fires since March 5. In each case, a porta potty placed in a public area has been set on fire.

Five of the units have been destroyed.

Investigators said each case is clearly a direct result of arson.

The Arson Alarm Foundation and the Washington Insurance Council has offered a reward up to $10,000 for the arrest and conviction of whoever is responsible.

If you have any information regarding this fire please call Camas police at 360-834-4151, the Camas fire marshal at 360-834-6191 or 1-800-55-ARSON.
